I hired a santas grotto last sunday as we couldnt go to bring the kids to see santa in the usual way with covid. steo was brilliant arrived nice and early to set us up for the day. the grotto sas 10 x 10 and perfect size. he included the santa chair and a Christmas tree. amzing seeing the kids faces. all the children had a ball and made a magical experience for adults too. thanks guys

Hired the super Mario castle for my sons 5th birthday yesterday. Excellent professional service. Due to location castle was dropped off the day before at no extra charge which was amazing and a huge surprise for my son on the day of his actual party! It was in great condition& spotlessly clean. We literally had it for the whole day as it was collected after midnight- this is the only negative it was a little late of the collection but do understand it was a very busy day & due to our location. I would 100% recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future. Thank you!!!

My 1st time to deal with this company was February 2016 for my little girls 3rd birthday we ordered the disco dome castle and were very happy with the contact and service we received from start to finish. We last min ordered a slide bouncy castle this year 2017 from this same company for her 4th birthday as I knew I would get replies pronto about the date I needed it for and as we were not lucky with the weather on the day they were very professional as the wind levels weren't great we were giving a small device and they explained if it reached certain speeds we would have to unplug the castle and take the children in i felt it was a great way as I couldn't control the weather but still controlled the kids safety on my watch will be a continuous customer thanks a mill �
