WHAT AREAS IN DUBLIN WILL YOU HIRE BOUNCY CASTLES TO?

We will hire bouncy castles to customers in Dublin and some surrounding areas

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK A BOUNCY CASTLE FOR A FIRST HOLY COMMUNION PARTY IN MAY?

We recommend that you book the castle in December of the previous year at the latest. All bouncy castle companies will be fully booked up if you leave it to close to the date of the communion to order your bouncy castle.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T BOOK A BOUNCY CASTLE FOR THE DAY OF MY CHILDS COMMUNION AS EVERYWHERE IS BOOKED OUT?

Communions are on Saturdays. You will find however that Bouncy Castle Companies will have availability on the following day. Book for the Sunday instead. This will allow you to keep your promise to the child to get a castle and it lets you celebrate this special occasion over two days instead of one

WHY IS AN ADULT REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES TO SUPERVISE THE USE OF A BOUNCY CASTLE?

Improper use by the children, such as climbing on the walls, fighting, wrestling or running into one another can cause serious injury. It is important that a responsible adult be in charge of the inflatable at all times to insure that all safety rules are followed to prevent injury.

CAN WE HIRE FOR MORE THAN ONE DAY?

Yes you can, but you must ensure that the bouncy castle is unplugged and secured overnight. If any damage occurs to the bouncy castle while in your possesion you will be liable for the repair or replacement costs. All blowers must be stored indoors overnight. There will usually be a small reduction in price for the second day of hire. Please request a price at time of booking.

HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR BOUNCY CASTLE HIRE?

You pay our driver in cash on the day when he arrives to put up the castle in cash. If you intend paying by cheque it must be sent to us at least 2 weeks before hire date to enable cheque to be cleared.

ARE YOUR UNITS CLEAN?

Yes. All our bouncing castles are cleaned and disinfected after each bouncy castle hire. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, healthy, and safe environment.

HOW MUCH SPACE WILL I NEED FOR THE BOUNCY CASTLE?

You will need a minimum of 18 ft X 18 ft. Units need to be staked down and blowers fully extended to ensure proper and safe inflation of the unit.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE UNIT LOSES POWER?

All inflatables designed for rental use require a fan that runs continuously. Should the fan provided to you stop working, immediately remove the children playing in or on it. Then check the trip switch to see if it has tripped. If so, reset the switch and continue playing on the inflatables. Should the trip switch trip a second time you should try another electrical outlet. If it trips again please phone us on 085-7789464.

CAN YOUR UNITS BE SET-UP INDOORS?

Yes. We can set up our castles in gyms, community halls, or anywhere else that can accommodate the height of our units.

CAN THE CASTLES BE PUT ON AN OUTSIDE TARRED OR CONCRETED SURFACE?

No. The castles need to be staked down on a grass surface for safety reasons.

WHAT WILL I NEED TO DO ON THE DAY OF THE HIRE BEFORE THE BOUNCY CASTLE IS DELIVERED?

Please ensure that the access/ side passage is clear and the site is free from any sharp objects, stones and/or dog mess etc

HOW EARLY OR LATE CAN THE INFLATABLE BE DELIVERED/COLLECTED?

Normal delivery times are between 8 and 12 in the morning and collection between 6 pm and 8 pm. We will sometimes drop off a unit late the night before the party if it suits you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SET UP THE BOUNCY CASTLE?

It will take approximately 15 minutes to set up depending on access.

WHAT HAPPENS IN BAD WEATHER SITUATIONS?

We only ever cancel due to high wind speed which is illegal to set up if speed is over 24mph however if it’s due to rain we don’t offer any refund.

WHY IS THE INFLATABLE STAKED INTO THE GROUND?

If an inflatable is not staked correctly the wind, depending on how strong it is, can actually pick it up and blow it away with or without children playing in or on it. Regardless of how well staked an inflatable is it should not be played on or in when the winds are high.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A FAULT WITH THE CASTLE AFTER THE DELIVERER HAS LEFT?

All of our bouncy castles and blowers are checked regularly for faults, so nothing should go wrong, but in the unlikely event that it does, please remove children from unit and then telephone 0852316681.We will do all in our power to correct the problem, letting you to get on with enjoying your party.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF THE INFLATABLE GETS DAMAGED OR IS STOLEN WHILE IN YOUR POSSESION?

The castle will be inspected before we leave and when you sign the Terms and Conditions you are agreeing that the Bouncy Castle is in good and clean condition. If damage occurs the unit must be switched off and hirer will be liable for any repair or replacement costs. The repairs must be done professionally to keep our Safety Certificates in order. Hirer will also be liable for any theft and required to reimburse the value thereof.

WHAT INSURANCE COVER SHOULD THE HIRER ARRANGE?

The owner of the house should contact their home policy provider to see if they can arrange additional personal liability cover. We are not responsible if somebody gets hurt using the castle.

Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
