Collection Times

All prices you see on website is down as a day hire. A day hire is standard booking is delivered the morning of the booking and collected again the same day/evening .Delivery is between 7am - 12 in the morning and collections start from 6pm from (April to September) and during winter months (October to March) collections start at 5pm.

Heads up for same day collections

• Collections start on the button at 6pm we usually have 2 vans out collecting on same day hire.
• If you are a front garden and having a late start to party, sadly we are probably not a company to book with. We do try leave everyone as best we can. But when its a nice day ALL customers ask for late pick up.
• No one is given a later time or guaranteed any slot than 6pm April to September or 5pm October to March.
• Example Van 1 has 10 deliveries in the morning. 6 out of them 10 booked overnight extra day. So only 4 collections are due for pick up, usually all jobs will be collected by 7pm. Anyone can be first collection even the last drop off before 12 could be collected first at 6pm.
• Its in the drivers and helpers best interest to collect all inflatables as quick as they can. As after all collections are made, they have to unload the van and make preparation's for the following day.
• Drivers cant and wont leave you to last for a few extra quid.
• Please if you have a back garden, please book overnight or extra day when booking. If you decide on the day to change as the kids are having fun, we wont leave it, as it we will have made our route and plans for the drivers and gave them their hours for that weekend. If you ring a week later to change it also more than likely that option will be taken we book up fast.

Overnight hire

Overnight hire is exactly how it sounds. You are keeping the inflatable overnight as a extra. Is it then due for collection the next morning starting from 10am. Its mostly after the lads have done their deliveries then they will start collections as soon as they can. If any delays they will inform you, but for the most part collections are all finished by 11am to 12 the next morning.

Rules to keep overnight

• Has to be out secure back garden
• No dogs to be near it.
• Allow access for driver and helpers to collect from 10am next day.

Extra Day +1 +2 +3 +4 Day hires

Collections start on the last day from 4pm. Example If the party is on a Sunday. Please dont book Saturday and the select plus +1. As collection will be due then Sunday evening from 4pm, instead book it for Sunday and select +1 or even overnight and keep it until the Monday morning or evening.
